The Moreton Bay Wildlife Hospital Foundation invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced head contractors for the construct-only delivery of the new Moreton Bay Wildlife Hospital at Dakabin, Queensland.
This significant Queensland Government-supported community project will deliver a purpose-built facility dedicated to the treatment, care and rehabilitation of native wildlife across Moreton Bay and South East Queensland. The approximately $12 million construction project includes specialist clinical and animal-care areas, administration and community facilities within a thoughtfully designed, environmentally responsive setting.
The Foundation is seeking a capable and collaborative builder with demonstrated experience delivering complex, high-quality health, veterinary, community or comparable commercial facilities.
This EOI will be used to identify and shortlist contractors for a subsequent restricted construction tender, anticipated to be released in October 2026.
